    Why my cash app not scanning?

    It is one of the key issues faced by the Cash app users on the technical front. Often, the users complain that the cash app won’t let them scan the back if there any ID cards. Before we share the tips to fix this issue, you need to keep in mind a few things. For instance;

    1. Ensure to take the photo in a well-lit area

    2. Make sure it is glare-free and free from reflection

    3. Place the ID in a dark background

    4. The ID (license) needs to be verified and not expired.

    Likewise, there are few more ways you can fix the cash app that won’t let you scan your id or any license. Below are tips to follow for you.

    1. Ensure both mobile devices and app is up-to-date.

    2. Try to quit the app forcefully, wait for a few minutes, and then sign in again.

    3. Delete the app, re-install the app, and then log in to your Cash app back.
